Septic installers are not soil testers. We install systems based on the results of your soil report, not guesswork. In many cases, we’ve seen properties that were previously told they “had to go aerobic” qualify for a conventional system after a proper soil evaluation.
Conventional systems are best suited for properties with adequate space, good drainage, and minimal traffic over the lateral field area.
