The 6×8 slope front storm shelter features reinforced concrete construction with a stamped concrete exterior designed to integrate naturally into flat yards or sloped terrain. Entry is through a sloped front with metal steps and double handrails on both sides for stability when entering and exiting the shelter.
The powder-coated steel door is designed to resist corrosion and weather exposure. Each shelter includes an 8-inch turbine and a 3-inch vent to promote airflow during occupancy. The bottom of every below-ground shelter is coated with Epro, a water-resistant protective coating for added durability.

Based on FEMA space guidelines, the minimum safety capacity is typically around 9–12 people standing, while more comfortable use allows for fewer occupants with room for supplies.
