Initial Call & Planning

Access, placement, and pricing are discussed during the first phone call. This helps confirm the right shelter option and set expectations before scheduling. Any questions about your property, access, or timeline are addressed upfront.

Scheduling & Preparation​

Once scheduled, we handle communication, Oklahoma utility locates, and coordination leading up to installation. The homeowner is responsible for pulling any required permits. If weather impacts scheduling, updates are communicated promptly and we do our best to accommodate.

Installation & Completion

The day before installation, you’ll receive a time frame by text. Installation is completed as scheduled, and payment is due in full at that time. You’ll also receive a storm shelter agreement outlining pricing and installation details clearly.
